Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected and eligible for a refund during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized collection point across the EU.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
